The attendants party is that time when you sit down with your brides-maids and give each of them a small token of your appreciation along with a little card stating how happy you are that they can share your special day with you. Or another way to put it is that this is the time you thank them for tolerating your highly anxious state and bribe them into putting up with you for just one more week.
